Documentary photo project focusing on the efforts of micro-roastery Junior’s Roasted Coffee. Junior’s works with producers (coffee growers) to establish the true costs of coffee production and creates an effective pricepoint ensuring the coverage of costs and profit so that these producers can continue to grow high quality coffee for generations.  Analog black and white images taken on Mamiya RZ67 and a 4x5 view camera.
